Cheese curds

This firm, unripened cheese is made with pasteurized milk directly from the herd of cows of the family farm. Each grain of cheese has a cream-colored paste with a fresh and savory taste of fresh milk and salted butter. In the mouth, the cheese sings to the mouth thanks to its distinctive and refined texture. 

Two flavors are available: Plain & Spicy 

The cheese curds are on sale directly at the cheese factory on the following days:
