Les Normandises

This firm, rindless farmhouse cheese is made with pasteurized milk from the Beauregard farm adjacent to the cheese factory. 

The Normandises have a variety of flavored cheeses with the following natural flavors: 

– Normandise with garlic flower 

– Normandise with spices 

– Normandise with black olives 

– Normandise with sundried tomatoes and basil 

These cheeses are very well served for tasting with nuts, rusks or as a tray with raw vegetables. Whether you’re reinventing au gratin onion soup or macaroni and cheese, the possibilities are endless with Les Normandises! 

These cheeses are available at the cheese factory and in grocery stores in the Normandin region of Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean.
